Manila Japanese School (MJS, attached to the Embassy of Japan)

Other fees: DATED SCHEDULE - CONFIDENCE MEDIUM. The figures come from the school's own published parent handbook for school year 2023 (2023 nendo), which is the most recent fee schedule the school publishes; the school does not publish a public fee page for later years (its 2026 admission guide refers families to the information session for 'fees'). Tuition is billed monthly at PHP 17,000 (Elementary) and PHP 17,000 (Junior High) and the 施設費 facility fee at PHP 7,000/month; both are billed every three months over the 12-month Japanese school year (April-March), so annual tuition = PHP 204,000 and the facility fee (recorded as capital_levy) = PHP 84,000. One-time entrance fee (入学金) PHP 26,000 (registration_fee). Materials (教材費) PHP 4,220-17,290 per year; accident insurance PHP 500 per year. A one-time 'donation' (寄付金) of USD 2,000 per family is required from private individuals (USD 500 for government-related agencies). School is a Japanese national school (日本人学校) for Japanese nationals; instruction is in Japanese. No application fee is published.
